Role overview

Tasks: From the first contact to the processing of requests to the coordination of treatments, therapies and administrative processes, you provide orientation, trust and a smooth process.

With cordiality, discretion and clear communication, you ensure high-quality service – even if several concerns end up on your table at the same time.

• You look after our guests and people in treatment personally, warmly and professionally – by phone, in writing and on site
• You coordinate treatments, therapies, appointments and administrative processes reliably and forward-looking
• As a central interface to doctors, specialists, internal departments and external partners, you ensure a clear, discreet and binding flow of information.

• You process requests for offers, individual information, offers and cost-benefit languages carefully and service-oriented
• You answer requests promptly, bindingly and with professional, empathetic communication
• Even in demanding situations and with changing priorities, you keep an overview and ensure high-quality service quality Requirements
• Completed training in the hotel industry, in the commercial sector or in a comparable professional field
• Experience in reception, reservation, administration or healthcare (advantageous)
• Secure handling of Word, teams and common PC applications as well as enjoying clear written and oral communication
• Structured, meticulous and reliable way of working and the ability to keep track of changing priorities
• Quick comprehension and openness to familiarize yourself with new processes and processes
• Maintained, confident appearance, cordiality, teamwork and high service orientation
• Interest in Longevity Health, Wellness, Medicine and Upscale Hospitality
• Very good knowledge of German and English in words and writing
• Every other language is a plus.
