Tasks

• Support of the kitchen team in the daily Mise en Place
• Assistance in the preparation and processing of high-quality products
• Support for simple preparations as specified by the kitchen team
• Insight into the processes of a fine dining restaurant during preparation and service
• Careful work according to internal quality, hygiene and safety standards
• Support in order, cleanliness and organization of your own work area
• Assistance with physical checks, warehouse work and simple administrative tasks in the kitchen
• Active learning in everyday work and gradual assumption of tasks according to the level of training Requirements
• Current studies at a hotel school recognized by the LGAV
• Search for a 6-month internship in the kitchen
• Interest in Alpine cuisine, fine dining and high-quality kitchen crafts
• First practical experience in the kitchen or gastronomy is beneficial
• Joy of learning and a precise, clean work style
• Reliable, motivated and resilient personality
• Team-oriented attitude and willingness to actively participate in everyday kitchen life
• Good knowledge of German or English
