Maintenance and interim cleaning throughout the clinic as well as rest and department cleaning of the patient rooms
Co-responsibility for the management and support of 19 employees and 2 apprentices
Support/relief of the head of housekeeping in personnel deployment planning based on qualifications
Representation of the head of housekeeping in reports, team meetings and return interviews
Accompaniment and support of the apprentices in the areas of textile supply and cleaning Quality assurance and control (process and Results control) within housekeeping

Planning, organization and documentation of interim and basic cleaning YOUR PROFILE
Completed training as a housekeeping specialist EFZ
At least 5 years of professional experience, ideally with a certificate as a professional trainer
High social skills and sense of responsibility - resilient (physical and mental), reliable and independent
Strong organizational talent and high flexibility
