- Completed education or many years of experience in the hospitality and gastronomy industry
- Professional and authentic preparation of Japanese sushi and sashimi specialties at a high gastronomic level.
- Professional processing, filleting and portioning of fish and seafood in compliance with the highest quality and hygiene standards
- Creative development of new sushi creations taking into account authentic Japanese tastes and modern fusion concepts
- Good English skills, every other language is a plus
