For a warmly guided nursing home in Val Lumnezia, we are looking for a committed and responsible personality as station manager. In this key role, you combine professional competence with leadership and actively shape an appreciative nursing culture.
Tasks
- Leadership and development of the care team
- Ensuring high quality care and care
- Organization and coordination of the station everyday life
- Responsibility for care processes and quality assurance
- Close cooperation with relatives and interdisciplinary partners
Profile
- Training Dipl. Nursing professional / *man HF or professional / woman health EFZ
- Self-employed, structured and responsible working practices
- First leadership experience is beneficial
- Training in leadership or interest in training in that field
- Delight in dealing with elderly people
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
