These are your tasks

• You develop guidelines and concepts further, implement them in everyday life and actively shape the professional orientation of the department
• You accompany employees in technical issues, promote their learning in a targeted manner and strengthen their competence to act
• You will design up-to-date training courses for the team, evaluate new technical findings and implement them in a practical way in everyday station life
• You plan nursing interventions, evaluate their effect and get involved in everyday care

• You have a diploma as a nursing specialist FH or you are ready to complete the study and bring several years of professional experience
• You enjoy being actively involved in projects and working groups and constructively shaping changes
• You are an initiative and reliable personality with an independent and structured way of working
