You lead projects in the field of ventilation and air conditioning technology technically and commercially, from the offer phase to the handover to the client.
Tasks
- Professional and commercial management of projects from the offer phase to the handover to the client
- Construction site management with material procurement and appointment and quality monitoring
- Management of employees incl. Employee interviews and recruitment assistance
- Disposition of the assembly groups
- Customer support and negotiations with suppliers, engineers, architects and construction professionals
- Controlling your own objects
- Implementation and monitoring of health and safety objectives
Profile
- Completed training as a ventilation system engineer
- Several years of professional experience in the industry
- Sound industry knowledge in ventilation and air conditioning technology
- Further training for project manager building technology or building technology planner is advantageous
- Confident knowledge of German
- Good MS-Office knowledge
