For our Zurich conversion department we are looking for you as a polisher: in pollution remediation. Your field of application includes varied construction sites in the Zurich region. You work in a dynamic, uncomplicated team, which convinces with a healthy mixture of experience and fresh wind. You expect a strong team spirit and a lot of personal responsibility.

You move that

• Management of the construction sites in cooperation with the project manager
• Professional guidance and instruction of site workers as well as clean and continuous communication with the foremen
• Plan, prepare and execute:
• On-site inspections
• Preparation of the required documents for the authorities and the foremen (e.g. SUVA, UGZ, STEB, cantons, municipality): forms, plans, restructuring concepts
• Site visit with foremen before the start of the order
• Check before work starts in the black area (according to EKAS 6503)
• Final inspection before clearance
• Assistance in carrying out all rehabilitation work
• Enforcement of occupational safety
• Enforcement and compliance with all SUVA guidelines for the protection of employees (EKAS 6503/6508), in particular the “red points list of SUVA”
• Active cooperation to improve processes and construction site processes, work, use of materials and the like
• Correct and friendly behavior at the customer / on the construction site
• Preparation of polishing dimensions
• Directing
• Aid for supplementary management
• Preparation of small quotes

• Ideally, you already have experience in pollutant remediation, or you want to develop specifically in this area.
• You work structured, organized and exact – even if it gets hectic.
• With your entrepreneurial mindset and negotiation skills, you are always looking for win-win solutions for the customer and the company.
• You are resilient, show a high level of commitment and keep an overview even in complex projects.
• The handling of MS Office is easy for you and you communicate safely in German – other languages are a plus.
• You are a real team player with a customer-oriented mindset and actively participate in the joint success.
