Overview Management of reception and banquets Engadin St. Moritz Mountains is one of the leading international providers of mountain experiences. We operate the ski, bike and hiking area Corviglia as well as the hiking and excursion mountain Muottas Muragl. These include a large number of differentiated mountain railways, hotel and catering businesses. Engadin St. Moritz Mountains AG Type of employment Annual job Location Romantic Hotel Muottas Muragl Start 1 March 2027 Percentage 100% Gender m/f For the Romantik Hotel Muottas Muragl at 2456 meters with the most beautiful view of the Oberengadiner Lake Plateau we are looking for 1. March 2027 or by arrangement a management reception and banquets. You are an organizational talent and like to make sure that guests feel welcome from the first moment. In this position, you are the central contact for our guests and organize all processes at the reception. You lead the reception and housekeeping team, coordinate banquets & events, take on administrative tasks and represent the hostess in absence.
Your profile
- Experience in the hospitality industry/gastronomy, ideally in a managerial role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- High guest orientation, empathy and hands-on mentality
- Good knowledge of hotel and cash systems, e.g. Opera, Protel
- Very good knowledge of German, English and/or Italian
