- Independent drafting of objection decisions and appeals on the occasion of proceedings before social security and federal court
- Carrying out the necessary legal clarifications
- Degree in law (at least Bachelor's level)
- Professional legal or judicial experience, preferably in social insurance and labour law
Main responsibilities
- Independent drafting of objection decisions and appeals on the occasion of proceedings before social security and federal court
- Carrying out the necessary legal clarifications
- Representation of ALK in labour law proceedings in court (drafting of legal documents and personal representation)
- Advising customers, partners and internal and external bodies
- Maintaining contact with the supervisory authority SECO (e.g. clarifications regarding AVIG enforcement)
- Participation in working groups and process revision Requirements Law studies (at least Bachelor's level)
- Legal professional or court experience, preferably in the field of social security and labour law
- Structured, careful and reliable way of working
- Service-oriented and appreciative and respectful interaction with all stakeholders We offer

Key requirements

- Experience in representing clients in court proceedings and drafting legal briefs
