You are interested in general internal medicine and/or one of the following applications appeals to you: Stroke Unit, Oncology, Acute Care, Palliative Care, Private Department, Pool or Weekly Clinic
You are a team player with a strong patient orientation Profile:
Flexible, individual working time models (we find a solution for almost all needs, also for re-entrants)
Tandem function in a deep nurse-to-patient ratio (5 patients in early service)
Large, professional team (own care expert / own care expert in the department, specialist support in complex situations)
Professional and human support in challenging situations (365 days of main late duty and main night watch, you are never alone)
Outages are largely covered by reserves in the pool (fewer calls home).
If you still have to step in ad hoc, it will be paid off financially fairly
