- You are enthusiastic about shaping new paths and further developing the Physician Associate role in radio-oncology.
We Offer
- Flexible, sliding working hours, home office options, generous maternity leave, and employment levels adapted to various life situations – all possible at KSW, provided operational needs allow.
- Each year, KSW offers 40 interdisciplinary and 50 specialized training courses. We also support external training courses in terms of time and/or finances.
- In extraordinary situations, such as prolonged illness, significant personal stress, or challenging experiences in private or professional life, various counseling services are available.
- Appreciative and friendly collaboration within teams and across departments characterizes the working environment at KSW. As a sign of strong team spirit, "you" has been introduced as the standard form of address at KSW. Additionally, KSW financially supports annual team events and organizes a large staff celebration for the entire hospital every four years.
- KSW employees benefit from excellent social benefits. The pension solution with BVK is well above the legal minimum. Employees are also well protected in case of illness or accident.
- With discounts on fitness memberships, internal training opportunities and course offerings, discounts at pharmacies, and with leading health insurers, you can benefit from a comprehensive range of health-related offers.
- Our daycare center La Luna, with generous opening hours, is located directly next to KSW. Additionally, you can take advantage of income-dependent financial support from KSW for daycare costs.
- In collaboration with cultural partners in and around Winterthur, we regularly offer discounts for concerts and theater performances. Borrowing media from the in-house library is also free for employees.
