Your responsibility
- You ensure the reliable, secure and efficient operation of our IT infrastructure.
- You will oversee and coordinate central IT systems, including network components, firewalls, printer and telephony systems, end devices and other location-relevant solutions.
- You carry out regular maintenance and monitoring and develop the infrastructure forward-looking.
- You handle IT concerns in 1st and 2nd level support as a competent contact person for our users.
- You analyze and repair hardware, software and network disturbances sustainably.
- You edit incidents and service requests structured via the ticket system.
- You are responsible for user and authorization management.
- You set up software and hardware user-friendly and document them in a comprehensible manner.
- You coordinate cooperation with external service partners as well as with our headquarters in Singapore.
- You clarify technical and organizational issues with the specialists at the headquarters and accompany technical adjustments.
- You ensure compliance with applicable security policies and standards.
- You recognize optimization potential, standardize processes and participate in the introduction and further development of digital solutions.
- You plan, coordinate and realize smaller IT projects independently – in close coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

- Completed training in computer science, ICT or a comparable technical background.
- In-depth knowledge of Windows Server and Windows as well as hardware, software and networks.
- Ability to quickly understand complex technical relationships and implement them in a solution-oriented manner.
- Careful, structured and independent working method – also for several parallel concerns.
- Strong service orientation, professional appearance and clear communication.
- Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
- Secure communication in English is essential for regular cooperation with the headquarters in Singapore.
- Enjoy taking on responsibility and advising users in an understandable and addressable manner.
- Ability to work constructively and firmly with different stakeholders.
- Experience in coordinating or managing smaller IT\ projects is an advantage.
