- Professional experience in the event and event administration in the upscale hotel industry
- Experience with the hotel software Protel is an advantage
- Warmth, safe appearance and well-groomed manners
- High performance, flexibility and resilience
- Reliability and diligence
- Proactive host personality
- High degree of responsibility, organisational talent and loyalty
- Committed and independent and team-oriented working methods
- fluent knowledge of German as well as reliable knowledge of English in speech and writing,
Further language skills are advantageous

Your tasks - your passion
Over 10 function rooms | about 180 events a year& YOU!
- Leading the 3-person seminar team
- Responsibility for optimal utilization of the seminar area
- Planning, organisation and implementation of all types of events
- Customer support before, during and after the event
- Order processing from the request, via the offer to the invoicing
- Control of high internal standards before, during and after an event
- All administrative work
