Company and context
- You support the colleagues of the team as well as the team management in technical and organizational issues.
- In addition, you help with the submission of collection, continuation, liquidation and bankruptcy requests as well as the creation of claims in bankruptcy and estate proceedings.
- You check and create requests for legal access and demanding correspondence in various contexts.
- In addition, you assess court and authority post largely independently.
- Every day you provide information to the policyholders, our general agencies, offices and courts in German and French.
