This is what awaits you

• You lead, motivate and develop a dedicated team and live an open feedback culture
• You plan the personnel deployment in shift operations and actively participate in the recruitment process.
• Ensure efficient, smooth branch operations and compliance with the hygiene and freshness concept
• You are responsible for sales, key figures, billing and achieving store goals
• You analyze key figures and, together with regional management, derive targeted measures for the further development of the location
• You will advise customers competently and support them in the selection from our diverse range of confiserie and chocolate products
• You provide an attractive presentation of goods as well as creative shop design and ensure the availability of goods through ordering
• You are responsible for the proper handling of the cashier processes and a correct billing

You bring that with you

• You bring several years of sales and leadership experience in the retail trade and are characterized by a high level of social competence and a strong leader.
• You have successfully completed an apprenticeship in the retail trade and/or comparable experience in dealing with food
• You ideally have first experience in dealing with chocolate
• You always put the highest quality and customer orientation at the top, even in turbulent times
• You like to take on responsibility, think proactively in the team and promote positive cooperation
• You have in-depth IT knowledge and enjoy working independently and solution-oriented
• You value open and respectful communication and master German, English and Italian safely
• You are not afraid of flexible working hours and are also ready to take responsibility on weekends or holidays
