The Department of Women's Clinic is an independent clinic of the Cantonal Hospital Graubünden. It combines the departments of gynecology and obstetrics as well as the breast, endometriosis and fertility center at the Fontana site. In addition to a comprehensive outpatient service, we support around 1,200 births every year and perform gynecological procedures for around 700 inpatients. So that our patients are optimally looked after at all times, you as a dispatcher coordinate: in a variety of processes and ensure smooth planning.

These are your tasks

• You plan appointments for office hours, polyclinic, special consultation hours, consultancies and transfers
• You receive the patients in the gynecological ambulatory and ensure a professional and warm first contact
• You take over the telephone service of the disposition and are the first contact person for concerns about patient appointments
• You prepare the medical histories and take care of their careful filing so that everything is in the right place at the right time

You bring that with you

• An apprenticeship as medical:r practice assistant:in or a commercial basic education with medical further education
• Good computer skills and ideally experience in gynecology and foreign languages
• Friendly and clear communication on the phone and in personal contact
• Structured working methods, networked thinking and the ability to keep track of complex planning
