With more than 600 employees in the Schiers hospital, the three retirement homes Schiers, Jenaz and Klosters, Spitex, living with service, the crèche, parental counselling and the Klosters medical centre, the Flury Foundation ensures comprehensive and integrated health care in the Prättigau between Grüsch and Klosters. The modern retirement home Jenaz in the beautiful Vorderprättigau offers around 70 residents a loving home. We are looking for a station management for our station "People with dementia" by 01.04.2027 or by arrangement dementia 80 - 100%

- You lead our dementia unit with 20 beds professionally and personnel.
- Together with the management you are actively involved in the further development of the station and ensure that a
high quality of care and care.
- You can count on your deputy and will be supported in your management task.
- When selecting new employees, you actively contribute your opinion and expertise.
- You maintain an appreciative exchange with relatives, doctors and other specialists.

- Training as a nurse HF/FH or health professional with management experience or an equivalent
quality training recognised by the SRC.
- Ideally, professional experience in long-term care.

- Organizational talent as well as stylish communication skills.
- Good user knowledge in the current IT systems.
