Introduction
On behalf of our customer, a renowned company in building construction, we are looking for you as a construction manager. You will lead the construction sites operationally, coordinate all parties involved and ensure that quality, deadlines and costs are adhered to from execution planning to handover.
Tasks
- Leadership of the construction site: operational and resource planning, coordination of the trades and guidance of entrepreneurs and service providers
- control of deadlines, costs and quality according to project specifications
- Reports, management of construction meetings incl. Protocols
- Actively manage interfaces: building, planning, authorities, neighbourhood and internal bodies
- Ensure QS/AS (SUVA specifications): controls, partial and final acceptances and defect tracking until handover
- Construction administration and scheduling
Profile
- Completed construction-related basic training (e.g. building drawings, with further training as construction manager, technician HF construction planning or equivalent)
- Several years of experience in building management (new construction, conversion or renovation)
- Sovereign in dealing with SIA standards, construction processes and construction administration; safe occurrence on the construction site
- self-employed, structured and forward-looking working methods
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
- Other languages are beneficial
