Introduction
For our customer, a solid and established company in the construction industry, we are looking for a responsible and solution-oriented personality as a project manager: in construction. In this role, you take over the overall management of construction projects and ensure quality, deadlines and costs across all phases.
Tasks
- Project responsibility from preparation/tendering to execution until acceptance and guarantee phase
- Planning, organisation and coordination of all project participants
- Schedule and cost management incl. Risk/change management, contracts/additions and claim management
- Ensuring quality according to SIA standards and SUVA/HSE specifications
- chair meetings, hold minutes, report to management/builder
- Transparent reporting of KPIs
- Create tenders/devis to NPK, examine tenders and prepare awards
- Create and control schedules (e.g. MS Project/Primavera); Construction site and resource planning in close coordination with Bauführung/Polier
- Process and cost optimisation
- Active participation in digitalization/BIM and continuous improvement
Profile
- Completed training as a civil engineer:in FH/ETH, architect:in FH, technician:in HF Bauführung or dipl. Construction manager:in
- Several years of experience in project management
- Very good knowledge of SIA standards, NPK/Devis, construction processes and construction administration
- Security in terms/cost management, contracting and supplementary management
- Communicative, assertive, structured - with high quality standards and entrepreneurial thinking
- Very good German in word and writing
- Cat-B driving licence
