Full description
The Office of Labour (AFA) currently employs around 135 people in six regions in the canton of Graubünden. In addition to the public employment agency (RAV), we organize labour market measures for job seekers and run the cantonal unemployment fund. In addition, we perform various tasks in the field of labour market and occupational safety.
We are looking for labour market measures in our entry program pro vision in Chur per 1. December 2026 or by agreement a specialist consultant in labour integration (80-100%).
Tasks
- Care and support of job seekers on their way to the first job market
- Analysis of the individual strengths and weaknesses of the participants to optimize their labour market opportunities
- Support for participants in the further development of the application strategy, preparation of the application documents and personal appearance during interviews
- Support our participants in the training of commercial and other practical activities
- Conducting regular site discussions with the participants, documenting progress in the internal systems as well as professional reporting to the RAV
- Close contact with the assigning authority (RAV)
- Establishment and maintenance of networks with regional companies and relevant labour market actors
Requirements
- Completed commercial, social or labour market vocational training or willingness to pursue specific training
- Professional experience in coaching, in adult education, in working with job-seekers or in HR is advantageous
- High social skills and empathy in dealing with different target groups
- Independent work, assertiveness, decision-making strength and a secure appearance, even in demanding situations
- initiative and willingness to actively participate in the further development of the operational programme
- Teamwork and willingness for interdisciplinary cooperation
- Very good knowledge of German and good oral Italian
- Very good IT knowledge, especially in the use of MS Office and labour market related software
