Full description
We are looking for our ski area in San Bernardino (GR) dynamic and solar figures for the role of addetta/o at the ticket office
The resource included will be the first point of contact with skiers and tourists, dealing with the sale of ski passes and the reception of the public.
Main responsibilities
- Skipass issue and sale: with cash transactions and electronic payment systems;
- Information to the public: with customer welcome and support for choosing the best rates and clear information on the state of the slopes, plants and weather;
- Troubleshooting; basic management of requests or problems related to magnetic skipass supports;
- Case closure: daily square operations and closing of the case at the end of the shift.
Required Requirements
- Computer skills: excellent ability to use PC and Office package;
- Language skills: knowledge of at least one foreign language. Knowledge of the German and English language will be a strong preferential title;
- Relationship attitude: strong inclination to contact with the public, empathy, friendliness and excellent communication skills;
- Soft skills: precision in the management of money, reliability, flexibility and ability to keep calm even in times of strong daylight;
- Teamwork: predisposition to teamwork and collaboration with plant and management staff.
