At an owner-managed family-owned fastener company, you take responsibility for manufacturing machines and quality - with flat hierarchies, short distances and real design room.
The main tasks ####
- Setting up and operating manufacturing machinery
- Carry out repairs and maintenance work
- Monitoring the quality of manufactured products
- Perform product testing
- Supporting process and product optimization
The requirement profile ####
- Completed basic technical training as a mechanic (polymechanic EFZ, production mechanic EFZ, mechatronics technician or similar)
- Several years of practical experience in mechanical production
- Experience in conventional turning, drilling, milling
- Basic knowledge of SPS and CNC is advantageous
- Reliable, independent and team-capable working method
