- Responsibilities
- Provide CIE courses (Manual machining, conventional, CNC, metrology, assembly)
- Guide apprentices toward success with motivating pedagogy and work appreciation
- Deliver information to management in cockpit format (cost tracking, commitment status, apprentice production via SAP)
- Manage investment requests (machines, accessories) and purchases.
- Plan and organize weekly workload for each apprentice (MAP, machine usage, tracking of manufactured parts) and sign work logs and absences.
- Conflict management, apply internal rules in case of non‑compliance with company values, organize sessions with parents if needed
- Collaborate with training partners (COMEC, Swissmem, CPNE, schools)
- Participate in semi‑annual exchanges with local training centers
- Organize open doors, internships for future apprentices, pedagogical and recreational events
- Manage educational outings (team building, skiing, industrial visits)
- Plan individual interviews and qualification reports every 6 months.
