Role overview

Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer requests regarding quotes, orders, deliveries, and invoicing of spare parts
• Oversee export activities, including customs declarations and transportation management
• Organize and coordinate deliveries of spare parts, both for external customers and for intercompany exchanges
• Ensure smooth communication with customers regarding spare parts and deliveries.
• Collaborate with various departments within the company to ensure effective order and shipment management
• Propose improvements to optimize order and delivery management processes
• Monitor shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues
• Oversee documentation required for exports and customs declarations
• Maintain strong relationships with carriers and logistics providers to ensure fast and efficient deliveries
• Participate in coordination meetings with sales, production, and logistics teams to align objectives and priorities ##
• Requirements
• Commercial employee diploma (or equivalent technical training) and at least 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Fluency in French and English, and knowledge of German recommended
• Excellent knowledge of administrative tasks and document management
• Expertise in import/export and understanding of customs requirements
• Proficiency in MS Office tools; experience in SAP and Salesforce
• Methodical and versatile, with excellent priority and improvisation management
