- Ensure the feasibility of parts to be manufactured (process, materials, treatments, tolerances) in terms of quality, deadlines, costs.
- Provide supply chain expertise to project teams during the design phase to anticipate quality, deadline and cost risks.
Main responsibilities
- Ensure the feasibility of parts to be manufactured (process, materials, treatments, tolerances) in terms of quality, deadlines, costs.
- Provide supply chain expertise to project teams during the design phase to anticipate quality, deadline and cost risks.
- Coordinate project timelines with the supply chain.
- Ensure management of nomenclatures and needs in the ERP (MCO).
- Choice of manufacturing processes according to part typology.
- Help with make or buy decisions.
- Ensure creation of operational ranges.
- Ensure monitoring of budgets for critical parts.
- Ensure monitoring of supply chain priorities and blockages in collaboration with partner teams.
- Provide support for handling certain non-conformities.
