This is what awaits you

• You will define and develop the target architecture for our global IT infrastructure in the areas of network, data center, cloud, workplace, identity, monitoring, backup and disaster recovery
• Translate business, security and operational requirements into clear architecture principles, standards, reference designs and technology roadmaps
• You will be responsible for architectural and design audits and ensure that our solutions are in line with IT strategy, security and operational requirements
• You will develop sustainable hybrid infrastructure solutions for our local environments, Microsoft Azure and our international locations
• You support IT teams and project leaders in solution design, technology selection, implementation and the structured transfer to the company
• Evaluate new technologies and partner solutions, manage technical risks and drive standardization, automation, simplification and cost efficiency

You bring that with you

• You bring many years of experience in IT infrastructure and have profound experience in infrastructure or solution architecture
• Experience developing secure and highly available infrastructure solutions in hybrid on-premises and cloud environments
• You have in-depth knowledge in the creation of target architectures, standards, roadmaps and technical documentation
• You are familiar with Security by Design, Zero Trust, Lifecycle Management, Resilience and IT Service Management and can translate these requirements into practical solutions
• You convince with strong analytical and communication skills, secure stakeholder management and experience in evaluating technologies, solutions and external partners
• You have a degree in computer science or information technology or a comparable practical qualification and communicate safely in German and English; relevant certifications in the areas of architecture, cloud, network, security or ITIL are advantageous
