This is what awaits you

• You will lead the IT Standard Applications team in Bilten, Ennenda and Porto in terms of expertise and personnel and develop your employees in a targeted manner.
• You ensure a stable, secure and economical operation of business applications
• You will continuously develop application and service management with clear responsibilities, standards and KPIs
• You control and prioritize application roadmaps, upgrades and lifecycle measures while promoting standardization and reducing unnecessary special solutions.
• You work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, IT architecture, security, infrastructure and other IT teams
• You control external partners and are responsible for licenses, contracts and budgets in your area
• You support international projects, rollouts and transformations and promote a performance- and service-oriented team culture

You bring that with you

• You have a degree or higher education in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience in business applications, application management or enterprise applications
• You have leadership experience and enjoy developing employees and teams
• You have experience with business-critical standard solutions, ideally in areas such as ERP, e-commerce, HR, P2P or Data & Analytics
• You have a good understanding of application, service and lifecycle management and ideally bring ITIL knowledge
• You bring experience in stakeholder, supplier and budget management and convince through entrepreneurial thinking, high service orientation and implementation strength
• You understand how to combine operational stability with strategic development and have very good German and English skills
