Your main activities You ensure full responsibility for a logistics perimeter, guarantee operational performance, develop the team and put in place the necessary tools, flows and indicators to support continuous improvement and the department's vision.

• Manage, train, recruit and accompany the perimeter team.

• Ensure exemplary safety and compliance.

• Develop and optimize logistics flows, processes and tools.

• Create, analyze and track relevant KPIs.

Your profile

• Logisticsian CFC, ES in Business Process, Federal Logistics Patent or equivalent training
• Experience confirmed in the management of a logistics team
• Practical knowledge of SAP
• Very good knowledge of French, good knowledge of English and/or German
• Objective vision, priority management and problem solving
• Guidance continuous improvement
