Role overview

Attached to the IMAD Campus, within the division of the Human Resources Directorate, you pilot and develop all the activities related to succession training, in line with the institutional strategy and HR policy.

As such, you are actively contributing to the development of initial and employment training at the secondary and tertiary levels, while ensuring coordination with training partners, directorates, HR managers and operational teams.

Main responsibilities

  • Your missions and responsibilities
  • Within the IMAD Campus and in collaboration with your colleagues, your mission is to develop and manage activities related to apprentices (~60 planned for 2026) and trainees.
  • You lead the training of learners in coordination with external partners, directorates and HR leaders. Your activities are as follows:
  • Analysing the needs of the institution, proposing training strategies, ensuring their implementation and evaluation
  • Pilot and implement the pedagogical framework with line managers and HR managers (framework plan, internal management rules for in-house trainers/trainers practitioners)
  • Coordinate the teaching and planning of flights with training bodies (vocational school, OFPC, etc...)
  • Implement the Apprenticeship Recruitment Process (CASS et al.) and Trainee Selection in collaboration with Recruitment Officers, HR Managers and Management
  • Defining and planning staff and coordinating planning within the institution
  • Coordinate, supervise and support the organisation of coaching in teams by enforcing the regulatory framework of training and institutional rules
  • To advise and support line managers and HR managers in the follow-up of apprentices and trainees (evaluation, absence, etc...)
