Role overview

To allow family caregivers a period of respite, the UATRs offer short stays and provide services in continuity with those provided at home.

Client care and support adapt to their physical and mental health.

Activity rate: team of 2 employees ASE at 50% with daily hours (9h-17h30) alternately, with 1 weekend of work in 2.

Main responsibilities

  • Your missions and responsibilities
  • Design, organize and conduct individual and collective activities to stimulate the cognitive, physical, social and emotional capacities of clients.
  • Adapt animations to the level of autonomy, rhythm and desires of each person.
  • Encourage participation, enhance skills and support the maintenance of autonomy.
  • Observe feedback and progress during activities and provide relevant information to the multidisciplinary team.
  • Collaborate with care and stewardship teams to ensure consistent and caring care. SWC socio-educational assistant
  • 5 years of experience in the social health sector
  • 2 years of experience in psychogeriatry desired
  • Ability to work independently and as an interdisciplinary team
  • Meaning of communication and relationship with others, listening quality
