Role overview
You manage incidents and requests related to the HUG Information System in the evenings, weekends and holidays.
- You manage incidents and requests related to the HUG Information System in the evenings, weekends and holidays.
Contacts
- You take phone calls and process incidents and requests from different sources (telephone, self-service, email, etc.).
- You create tickets in the ITSM HUG database.
- You analyze, diagnose, resolve or climb tickets that fall within specific criteria.
- You notify the Service Desk team of incomplete articles in the knowledge base (KCS articles).
- You inform the picket frame of significant incidents, situations or facts.
- You publish messages to the HUG staff according to the procedures in force and participate in the maintenance of the content of certain information media (knowledge base, Support Portal, etc.).
