Introduction For our Production division, in the Quality Assurance department, we are looking for a Quality Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to define and achieve the Quality objectives of the Casting and Priming scope.
- Introduction For our Production division, in the Quality Assurance department, we are looking for a Quality Project Manager (M/F) whose main mission will be to define and achieve the Quality objectives of the Casting and Priming scope.
- Build and define the preventive quality assurance approach on the scope
- Manage risk analyzes and lead the risk reduction plan Qualify new products and new processes
- HES/EPF Engineering Diploma with a quality orientation or equivalent
Main responsibilities
- Build and define the preventive quality assurance approach on the scope
- Manage risk analyzes and lead the risk reduction plan Qualify new products and new processes
- Participate in transversal continuous improvement projects
- Provide methodological support on quality tools and approaches
- Collaborate with internal and external suppliers
- Ensure good communication with all quality contributors Profile
- Confirmed experience in leading cross-functional teams
- Mastery of preventive and curative quality management tools (risk analysis, FMEA, QRQC, 8D, MSP, audit)
- Knowledge of materials / foundry / lamination / sustainability (a plus)
- Mastery of oral English, German or Italian would be a plus Rigor, spirit of synthesis and autonomy Ease adaptation and good team spirit Excellent oral and written communication
Key requirements
