• Develop and coordinate future plans and contribute to army command at operational level
• Analysis of security policy developments as well as concepts, studies, reports and decision-making basis
• Coordinate planning and feasibility tests involving internal and external partners
• Represent the command operations in working groups, committees and planning processes of the Defense Group
• Follow the situation, support action plans and participate in crisis and operational organisations of the army
• University degree (university or university of applied sciences) and several years of professional or managerial experience
• Strong analytical, conceptual and networked way of thinking (Gst Of of advantage)
• Experience in planning, project management or military leadership is advantageous
• Independent, resilient and responsible personality with a high communication ability
• Good active knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English
