Description

Clinical specialists form a team of professionals who are experts in different areas of care and contribute through their actions to improving the practices and quality of care provided to patients and patients within the institution. The Directorate of Care, in partnership with the Department of Psychiatry, research a nurse capable of performing an expert or expert role and clinical leader in the field of mental health and psychiatry, in direct contact with clinical activity. You intervene cross-sectionally in the Department of Psychiatry and more particularly in the Adult Psychiatry Service, but also in all the services of the HUG, with adult patients, whose mental health is weakened and/or who suffer from a psychiatric illness, in complex situations. You also work with hospital care teams to ensure the patient and patient receive optimal care. You develop management protocols and work on projects to improve clinical practices. You introduce up-to-date evidence-based practices at the care and therapy level in collaboration with management cadres, and in particular the assistants of the psychiatry care manager. You accompany the patient and support the care teams in the trajectories of the person suffering from mental illness, through clinical routes. You like to transmit, so you design and deliver training to various health professionals in this field, you also participate in the development and teaching of certifying training in mental health and psychiatry. By your curiosity and updating of knowledge, you contribute to the development of knowledge in this field.
