Role overview
Introduction For our Information Systems division, we are looking for a Business Analyst whose main mission will be to support an HR digitalization program over several years, aimed at modernizing the HRIS and developing our HR solutions at group level.
The role includes gathering requirements, analyzing them and configuring the system to meet the need.
It will also be necessary. occasionally, to work with an integrator partner.

- Actively contribute to the deployment of new software, by challenging the quality of deliverables, compliance with commitments and suitability for business needs
- Participate in the implementation and securing of data exchanges between the new HRIS and our initial system which will remain the tool for payroll calculation and time management
Main responsibilities

- Participate in the implementation and securing of data exchanges between the new HRIS and our initial system which will remain the tool for payroll calculation and time management
- Be a key player in the design, configuration, testing, acceptance and production phases
Application process
- After deployment, ensure the role of referent application: evolutionary maintenance, bi-annual release management, incident monitoring and coordination of developments.
- As far as possible, the vast majority of maintenance should be done internally by the existing team.
- Support users: support, continuous improvement, process optimization and collection of development needs
- Integrate an HRIS team already in place and contribute to its collective dynamic Profile University training or equivalent
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar position (HRIS / HR transformation / HR tool deployment)
- Mastery of the configuration of the CORE HR module from Success Factors is key for this position.
- Knowledge of the Recruitment, performance, remuneration and succession modules would be a real asset
- Knowledge of SAP S4 or ECC is an asset, particularly for interfaces and service continuity topics Fluent French; Professional English
