The mission of the Metabolism and Nutrition Centre is to welcome and support patients in the field of endocrinology, diabetes, metabolism and nutrition, with personalized care tailored to the needs of patients.
To strengthen our teams, we recruit a
Medical Secretary at the Centre for Metabolism and Nutrition CDMax 3 months at 90% (ref: 2044)
Your mission
You perform all the administrative tasks specific to the Metabolism & Nutrition department
As such you will be in charge of ;
- Patient reception
- Managing incoming calls
- Patient records management
- Mail and email management
- Making appointments and organising the doctor's agenda
- Organization of examinations and tests
- Medical Report Strike
- Invoicing consultations in Tarmed and at private rate on Opale
- Hospital and outpatient statistics
- Preparation of records for bariatric surgery and pharmacological treatment.
We are looking for a profile that meets the following criteria:
- Graduated from Medical Secretary
- Available quickly
- Mastery of MS Office tools
- Sense of organization and rigour
- Excellent mastery of IT tools
- Discretion and versatility
- Excellent presentation
- Good mastery of medical vocabulary
- Good English (it's an asset)
- Benevolence and essential team spirit
