Full description
In our team, which is responsible for housing developments and individual residential properties in districts 2 & 3, we are looking for committed support for a real estate manager.
Tasks
- Acceptance and handling of tenant concerns
- Offer collection and order processing organization including order and invoice processing means SAP
- Administration for rentals including data maintenance in the SAP system
- Self-employed rental of car parks, crafts and warehouses
- Support for heating billing and debt collection
Profile
- Completed commercial training in the real estate sector or equivalent training with further training as a clerk* in real estate management
- Professional experience in the real estate industry
- High customer and service orientation
- Sociability, high social skills and communication skills
- Teamwork, independent working methods and good understanding
- Experienced use of various IT tools such as MS Office programs and an advantage with the SAP system
