Main responsibilities

- Accompany and guide your teams in achieving their objectives and developing their skills
- Make your teams adhere to the vision, motivate and value their work
- Create a favorable context for the smooth running of the activity by promoting communication, generating a climate of trust and contributing to team cohesion
- Develop relationships with interfaces to dynamize exchanges and sources of progress Operational Management:
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, EPF or equivalent
- Confirmed experience in management in an industrial environment Experience in change management Natural leadership, listening and empathy Ease in human contacts and communication
