WHAT WILL YOUR CONTRIBUTION BE?

As a member of the Stream Automation & Process Engineering of Richemont Research & Innovation, you are involved in industrialization and lead the production and maintenance of innovative mechatronic systems with a focus on associated software. As part of your mission, you are contributing to the implementation of new technologies within the Group's Houses.

Your impact on the organisation will be measured through the following specific missions:

Support for development and industrialization · In collaboration with R&I teams, participate in the development and industrialization of mechatronic systems, including software associated with systems · Develop and implement testing and validation plans

Systems implementation · Collect orders from Group Houses · Pilot systems implementation and manage subcontractors · Pilot software developments and deployments in the Richemont environment · Ensure receipt and validation of developments · Implement systems and train users

Maintenance in operational conditions · Ensure the maintenance of the systems in operational conditions and support the teams of the houses in production · Analyze malfunctions, propose and deploy corrective solutions · Manage and update technical documentation

Development and continuous improvement · Actively promote developed systems · Understand and analyze user feedback

WHAT ARE THE CLES OF YOUR SURVEY IN OUR GROUP? · You are benefiting from an engineering training course with a specialisation in the fields of microtechnology, electronics or industrial computer science or equivalent · You demonstrate a minimum of 8 years of professional experience in industry · You have recognized experience in the development, industrialization and development of mechatronic systems with high software dominance · You are a good communicator and have considerable autonomy in the organisation of your work.

Ideally, you have the following technical skills

· Expertise in mechatronic systems with strong software dominance (global system vision) · Strong programming experience, including firmware (Python, C/C++ and Matlab) · Practice of agile development methods and software testing · Mastery of DevOps practices and IC/CD tools · Knowledge of embedded software, full-stack development and use of API · General knowledge in mechanics, electronics and connectivity · Knowledge of methods of industrialization, manufacturing and validation of mechatronic systems · Appetence for the recovery and promotion of mechatronic products

At ease in French and English, you enjoy sharing your knowledge in collaborative and constructive teams. Desirous of contributing to the technical challenges of the luxury industry, you are oriented results, curious and enterprising. Your organizational sense and communication skills will also be key to your success.
