- Ensure root cause analysis, lead problem meetings, be continuously informed and ensure that actions are implemented
- As a central contact person, ensure transparent communication with departments, management and customers
- Conduct data analyses for the proactive identification of causes of disruption and potential for improvement
- Higher education (FH/HF) in business informatics or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience
- Several years of experience in incident and problem management as well as in-depth knowledge of ITIL V4 and BMC ITSM Remedy
- Analytical thinking and the ability to develop sustainable solutions and communicate appropriately
- Strong customer and service orientation, coupled with an independent, resilient and flexible working method
- Very good knowledge of two official languages and good knowledge of English
