Role overview
You will analyse professional and technical requirements and ensure structured business analysis/requirements engineering.
You take over the quality assurance as part of your further developments and carry out professional and technical tests.
They support operations within the framework of support, analyze disruptions and contribute to the stable and reliable system landscape.

Application process

- Completed university studies (FH or university) in business informatics, computer science or a comparable qualification of advantage.
- Professional experience in business informatics/computer science, preferably in the supervision of complex IT systems and IT architectures.
- Knowledge of IT architecture, IT security and service management (ITIL);
- Experience with agile methods (Kanban, Scrum, SAFe) is advantageous.
- Analytical and conceptual thinking skills as well as enjoyment of working together in cross-functional, agile teams.
- Good active knowledge of an official language in word and writing, passive knowledge of a second official language and knowledge of English.
