- Provide the Legal Affairs Branch Secretariat (JAS)
- Provide administrative support to Legal Affairs Branch members and conduct administrative follow-up, physical and computer maintenance, from reception to archiving, including referencing
Main responsibilities

- Support some aspects of legal files independently, under the supervision of Legal Advisors

- Assuming organizational follow-up of the service (telephone reception, organization of meetings, coordination of calendars, approaches
- To prepare drafts of letters and documents with legal content (e-mails, mails, VPs, briefs, borderlets, etc.)
- To initiate and update documents such as projects, tables, planning, PPT submissions as required by the service. Requisite
- SWC of trade employee or training deemed equivalent, a legal secretariat certification would be an asset, complete training of executive secretary
- At least 5 years of professional experience as executive secretariat to,a court, a criminal prosecution authority, a legal department or a study of, lawyers.
- Knowledge of the care network and/or the judicial organization Genevoise would be an asset
- Dynamism, interscientism and flexibility are essential qualities for this position
- Ability to work independently, taste for precision, excellent editorial and organizational skills
- Proven computer skills and perfect mastery of the main common office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
