Your Mission
In close cooperation with the Board of Directors, you define and implement the strategy of the Plain Clinic and the Medical Centre of Baths.
You are helping to develop these two entities in a coherent and complementary way to strengthen their positioning in the Geneva health ecosystem.

- Advanced training in management, hospital administration, management or equivalent;
- Experience in managing a complex organisation;
Key requirements

- Strong understanding of the Swiss health care system and hospital issues;
- Experience in tariff negotiations with insurance
- Excellent capacity to federate, mobilize and support multidisciplinary teams;
- Real relational skills to build lasting partnerships with doctors, collaborators, health authorities and insurers;
- Hands on attitude.
- Strategic vision associated with strong delivery capacity;
- Very good control of organisational, financial, managerial and operational dimensions;
- Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication capabilities;
