Role overview
You ensure the nutritional care of patients hospitalized in geriatric acute care and geriatric rehabilitation, for the Department of Rehabilitation and Geriatrics, within the Hospital of the Three Oaks.
As a dietitian or dietitian, your mission is to enable patients to maintain, restore or improve their nutritional status, functional abilities and quality of life in accordance with ethical and ethical principles.
You are responsible for a rigorous and regular documentation of patient records.
