Introduction For our Production division, we are looking for a Scheduling Manager (H/F) whose main mission will be to ensure that management processes are respected and updated, with the objective of improving timeliness and thereby ensuring customer service rates.

- Manage, for each item, the launch of manufacturing orders according to the plan and monitor its completion
- Ensure short-term load/capacity for all production units in coordination with other Managers
Main responsibilities
- Manage, for each item, the launch of manufacturing orders according to the plan and monitor its completion
- Ensure short-term load/capacity for all production units in coordination with other Managers
- Contribute to the gradual entry of new products and processes, in partnership with planners, project managers and production
- Follow the action plans in the various interfaces with the production in order to guarantee the delivery objectives
- Participate in the search for solutions to speed up the flow
- Ensure the updating of the basic data and follow the relevant indicators Profile
- HES engineer or ES technician specialized in logistics or production, or equivalent training
- Desired experience in planning or scheduling / Supply Chain
- Mastery of an ERP and good knowledge of a decision-making tool
- Excellent ability to listen and ease in communication
