- Participate in the development of internal BIM standards for large-scale projects, with particular attention to building operations, in collaboration with BIM Manager
- Develop the working methods related to the BIM methodology for the CVSE batch according to the company's BIM strategy
- Diploma of ES technician or Bachelor HES in the field of CVSE / building technique or equivalent
Main responsibilities
- Participate in the development of internal BIM standards for large-scale projects, with particular attention to building operations, in collaboration with BIM Manager
- Develop the working methods related to the BIM methodology for the CVSE batch according to the company's BIM strategy
- Participate in the technological intelligence of software solutions dedicated to the BIM for the CVSE batch
- Provide technical support to internal staff for the use of modelling and coordination software
- Control and guarantee the quality of models according to the company's information requirements and BIM standards
- Ensure effective collaboration with the BIM Architecture/Structure Coordinator
- Validate BIM design and construction models before use for operational purposes
- Be responsible for the provision of the coordination model and its integration with the different sectors of the building industry
- Conduct and pilot spatial coordination sessions with all project stakeholders
- Be the BIM Manager's main contact for any questions related to BIM for the CVSE batch Profile
