Description of the Office

The Recourse Commission for the First Collection and Renewal deals with complaints against objection decisions of the commissioned engineer-geometer or the commissioned engineer-geometer, which have been issued in accordance with the special legislation at the end of the public application procedure of surveying works and in the correction of objections. It decides as the last cantonal authority and is under the supervision of the Judicial Council. Due to its composition, it guarantees competent consideration of both aspects relating to the rights and obligations of the persons concerned and specific aspects relating to surveying.

Desired profile

• Lawy patent, bachelor's or master's degree in law
• Experience in property law and/or property law would be advantageous
• Interested persons must have sufficient time availability
• Active civic engagement at cantonal level. Persons with foreign nationality must have a residence permit and have been resident in the canton for at least five years. Applicants must not be the subject of a loss certificate notice and must not have been convicted of crimes incompatible with the Office.
• Mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language
