Your missions
You are actively involved in the logistics organization, monitoring and storage of the new cantonal and university library in Fribourg. Thanks to your posture and charisma, you contribute to compliance with the regulations for the use of this new place of life in the centre of Fribourg.
In collaboration with the Head of Infrastructure and the Concierges of the Buildings Service, you perform important tasks to maintain a pleasant and adequate working environment for the cantonal and university public.
In particular
- Monitoring of public spaces and law enforcement
- Organization and layout of the Das Kaleidoskop Hall
- Furniture in reading spaces and group rooms
- Logistics preparation for various cultural events of the institution
- Visitor reception, information and orientation.
Profile desired
- You have a CFC level training in a technical field or Documentary Information Officer
- You have a strong interest in librarian environments
- You are rigorous and have a sense of organization and a fast learning capacity
- You are comfortable in the contact with end users: enterprising, aptitutde to negotiation, firmness
- You are willing to work on expanded and variable schedules, depending on the needs of the service, including in the evening when the situation requires
- You master the French language with knowledge of German
