Your missions
For this position, you will be hired as an administrative employee (reference function)
- Provide and organize reception and reception of visitors to the EVA building (Food Safety and Veterinary Affairs Service) - SAAV and Environmental Service - SEN)
- Ensure communication by responding to telephone calls and e-mails addressed to the SAAV
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail
- Apply visitor security procedures and manage building access
- Provide logistical, organizational and administrative support to the administration and support sector at different levels of responsibility (correspondence, internal documentation, etc.)
- Coaching and contributing to the training of VAS learners at reception
- Manage orders for small office equipment (orders, tracking, delivery control, storage)

Profile desired
- SWC or equivalent
- Attestation of trainer in undertaking an asset or willingness to attend training
- A few years of work experience in a reception function is an asset.
- Oriented solutions, you know how to manage priorities with practical meaning and demonstrate availability and flexibility
- Smileing and caring, you enjoy human contacts and are motivated to work in the public service
- Good knowledge of common computer software and ease in learning new tools
- Mastery of the German or French language with very good knowledge of the other language
